Happy Mango Mother's Day

Happy Mango Mother's Day started out great! Well first I went to the gym, any day that starts at the gym goes better. But then I got this awesome plant from "gramzy and grandad" who coined the phrase "Happy Mango Mother's Day" in their card. "Mango" comes from the fruit of the week the baby is. This week the baby is about the size of a mango. It was very sweet.
Chris then took me to one of my favorite places, the Nursery! Huge greenhouses filled with beautiful flowers. It takes me a long time to figure out which flowers to get. First we walk all the greenhouses without grabbing anything. Then we walk through them again, grabbing ones I think I want. Then we go back to one or two of them to get ones I decided I couldn't live without.... and repeat that last step a couple times.
I planted my new flowers in my beautiful pots. I also got a lot of dirt on my face, that my husband did not point our before taking this picture...
Not very many people have a cattle branding iron with their last initial on it. We do. And it rocks.

Apparently my color this year is "peachy-pink". We got some pretty blue-violet flowers to offset some of the pink. But other than that, all the flowers I chose were "peachy-pink".
