Big Springs, Idaho is where the south fork of the Henry's fork river comes straight out of the mountain. This picture looks like it might be the side of a really pretty, very clear lake. That is false! This is where an entire river is coming out of the bottom of a mountain. Not like a little river, like a big river. You'd think that much water emerging from the ground would at least make some serious bubbles right? Nope. Big springs just appears, like its no big deal.
Chris and Julie enjoyed chasing the seagulls. They'd all line up on one side of the bridge, then Chris would run across making them all fly over to the other side of the bridge, where Julie was waiting for them.
Here's where mom found a spot you could stick your finger in, right where a good amount of water is hopping up out of the ground. I think Julie is trying to push me in...
Usually there are a lot of huge fish. But this time there wasn't. We did see a muskrat thing though.
It was a very perfect, very beautiful day.
